HAJ PILGRIMAGE’S ATTENTION

• Inshallah further all information’s regarding haj (Flight, Hotel’s, Moallim, Jod, Etc..,) Are uploaded here tentatively.Final updating will be made within 30 days after allotment of Haj quota by the Government of India.
• Our hotel facilities range in makkah hotel from four stars to five stars, and range in madinah hotel from normal hotel to three stars, our accommodation is located proximity close to haram. In aziziyah, the building is located to ensure prompt and quick access to public service points, restaurants, shopping centers, etc.
• Our group will be accompanied by a highly qualified and well experienced AALIM (bayans are conducted only in tamil).
• Every day our aalim will preach beside the knowledge of performing the various rituals for haj umrah ziyarah, he is also well- versed in all other minute requirements with the entire experience, such as the historical significance of the place, tips on shopping, food, local dos and don’ts, etc.
• Our service will offer total solutions to ensure top quality service.

Child Policy

• Infants below 2 years will have a concession in the flight ticket as per airline policy. Also, infants below 2 years will have a concession in the local saudi transportation as per the Saudi Transport Syndicate norms.
• For children above 2 years will be the same rate as adults.

PACKAGE INCLUDES

• Inshallah in madinah within 150** meters away from haram sharif and aziziyah within 10** km to 15** km away from haram sharif and mina to jamarat.(by walk only) within 1.5** km to 2.5** km. (For haj 12 days package, we don't provide hotels in makkah)
• Air-conditioned accommodation with lift facility at makkah, madinah & aziziyah.
• Air cooler tent facility at mina and standing air cooler facility in arafat (men and women at separately) and muzdalifah is an open area.
• We care for our pilgrimages and make their travel with a/c buses.
• In star hotels, food variety will be served as per hotel menu only, in that we will include the south indian variety. (breakfast, lunch & dinner are served at the dining hall in the makkah & madinah hotel) and we provide tasty tamilnadu food in aziziyah building with buffet system.
• Inshallah meals will also be served in mina & arafat but with moallim providing foods only.
• All local ziyarah tour in makkah and madinah by a/c buses.
• We take you to ziyarah inside both the haram shariff of makkah and madinah.
• Haj visa.
• Airfare, round trip air ticket. direct flight or connecting flight : chennai or cochin- jeddah and return jeddah – cochin or chennai.
• Laundry service at makkah & madinah only (except aziziyah and mina and arafat and muzdalifah).
• 5 Liters of zam zam.
• All services start from jeddah airport (your landing point in saudi arabia)
• Inshallah fulfilled and delightful haj service.
• 1 PCR test in Saudi before departure to India.

PACKAGE EXCLUDES

• If any other new additional tax (India GST & TCS & Saudi VAT or any other tax in India & Saudi government) is applicable and if tax amount is also increased by the both government, then haji should pay the extra tax amount separately.
• Qurbani.
• Haji’s personal expenses.
• For additional umrah expenses.
• Foreign exchange etc., (under btq scheme each person eligible to draw 3,000 usd at his own cost).
• Wheel chair for disabled/aged persons, should be arranged individually at their own cost. The tour cost does not include it.
• Airlines excess luggage charges.
• Room service is not available.
• Saudi sim card.
• The expense for staying in chennai; food expense; and other own expenses at the airport and also during all traveling hours.
• Any other additional services which are not included here in the package.
• All local ziyarah tour in makkah and madinah.
• Aiysha masjid umrah.
• Tawaf a ziyarah and tawaf vida.
• Transport service from hotel to haram sheriff.
• PCR test or any other test in India.
• If anyone get covid positive, the haji will be responsible to bear all the expenses & all further reservations will be non refundable. All disputes are subject: To chennai jurisdiction only.
